Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to invite applications for a Spanish Speaking Consultant to join our B2B & Cloud Sales Department for one of our clients.
In this dynamic Entry Level role , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Spanish-speaking clients as they navigate the complexities of B2B sales and our cloud solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients understand our offerings and how they can drive business growth through our services. You will be responsible for providing guidance, answering client inquiries, and facilitating successful sales processes. Your effective communication and customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for our clients and foster long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities
Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to B2B sales and cloud solutions Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs Support the sales team in closing deals and managing client relationships Troubleshoot any issues clients may experience and provide swift resolutions Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales processes Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and feedback for service improvements Stay informed about industry trends and update clients on new cloud offerings Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service Good understanding of B2B sales processes and cloud solutions is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus but not required A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is essential Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training And More...
