We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong expertise in

Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

to support, enhance, and optimize our HR technology environment. The role is responsible for providing

functional and technical support , ensuring data integrity, assisting with system implementations, and supporting HR end-users across the organization. The HRIS Analyst will also participate in

ongoing HR system transformations , develop reports and dashboards, and help align HR processes and systems to evolving business needs. Primary Responsibilities

Support end-users with system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user training. Maintain HR technology systems and ensure data integrity through audits, process review, and security administration. Serve as an HR technology subject-matter expert on projects, including: Validating employee data Conducting process and functional audits Identifying system requirements Partnering with HR and business teams on system/process enhancements Participate in system implementations and upgrades: Configure applications to meet business requirements Develop and execute test plans and scripts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead small to medium HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and end-user support. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR processes and business needs. Interface with IT, Finance, and other business partners during system development and transformation initiatives. Ensure risk and control processes are embedded in daily activities; escalate issues as appropriate. Support various HR processes, including goal setting, performance review, compensation cycles, and other HR initiatives. Develop, deliver, and maintain training and procedural documentation to ensure users are confident with the system. Drive automation and self-service capabilities for reports and dashboards. Qualifications

Experience:

2–5 years in HRIS or related HR technology roles Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or equivalent experience preferred Technical Skills: Strong experience in

Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

– Core HR, ORC, Learning, and Journey modules required ADP system experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs, macros) Experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, able to work with stakeholders at all levels Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
