Overview

Remote Core Solutions is partnering with a trusted financial services client investing in scalable, data‑driven HR systems. They seek an HRIS Analyst to join the team and help drive the systems strategy forward. Location preference is Tampa, FL, but Dallas (Coppell) candidates will also be considered. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and exposure to ADP systems, involving cross‑department collaboration and the potential to lead mid‑scale projects impacting enterprise‑wide operations.

About the Role

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for both functional and technical aspects of the HR systems portfolio, including day‑to‑day system support, user training, configuration, and project leadership. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business users to improve processes, resolve system issues, and ensure optimal platform performance, primarily within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

Support end‑users with navigation, issue resolution, and ongoing training.

Maintain data accuracy and system integrity through audits and process reviews.

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.

Serve as an HR tech SME for audits, system issues, and internal projects.

Lead small to medium HRIS projects: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.

Create and deliver ad hoc reports and analytics for HR and business leaders.

Participate in the implementation of new features or tools across the HR tech stack.

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to improve downstream data and systems integration.

Align risk and control procedures with daily workflows.

Must‑Haves

5+ years of experience in HR technology or a related systems support role; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.

Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) is required.

Familiarity with ADP products and integration into enterprise HR/payroll ecosystems is preferred.

Knowledge of enterprise‑level HR, Payroll, and Reporting systems, including workflow design and system configuration.

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, macros).

Project leadership experience on small to medium‑scale initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Interview Process

Two‑round interview: Recruiter phone screen and Hiring Manager interview.
