The HR Technology Associate is responsible for functional and technical support of the company’s HR technology portfolio, including day-to-day support for new features, enhancements and fixes, and ongoing end-user support. The Associate gathers detailed requirements, compiles business and functional design documents, executes test plans, and assists with user acceptance testing and end-user training. The role supports other HR areas and the business in developing complex reports and supporting downstream processes and systems. The HR Technology Associate participates in transforming the HR technology environment to meet evolving business needs. Your Primary Responsibilities
Support end-users with navigating system functionality, researching and resolving system errors, and delivering end-user training Maintain technology portfolio ensuring data integrity through process reviews, security administration and audits Serve as an HR Technology expert in projects, including validation of employee data, functional audits, identifying system requirements, and partnering with HR on system/process work Participate in implementations and projects: develop detailed functional design documents, configure applications to meet requirements, create test plans and scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing Configure the system as needed to meet business requirements Lead small to medium projects by driving requirements gathering, process mapping and analysis, system configuration, user acceptance testing and end-user support Provide analytical support on ad-hoc projects, requests and reporting Interface between IT, Finance and other business partners during systems development Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR technology or HR technology-related role Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent work experience Knowledge of enterprise-level HR, Payroll and Reporting systems, with preference for experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and ADP product knowledge Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros Strong written and verbal communication skills including working with business users at all levels and in all areas of the business Seniority level
