Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist, located in Clovis, CA. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, managing payroll, handling garnishments, and providing payroll services. Daily tasks include accurate payroll administration, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting payroll issues and providing exceptional service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Qualifications
Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills
Experience with Payroll Taxes and Garnishments
Expertise in Payroll Services, Paychex preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in payroll software and systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Relevant certifications or related education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
