Overview
HR Operations Analyst II - The University of Alabama at Birmingham (T230217). Salary Range: $57,940-$94,150. The HR Operations Analyst II will manage training and operations for one or more HR systems, assist and advise other HR Operations Analysts, and provide training, data analysis, support, troubleshooting, and policy interpretation for assigned HR systems. They will review, test and document system modifications, develop online training and documentation, and provide individual, classroom, or campus-wide seminars as needed.
Essential Accountabilities
Administer and troubleshoot HR administrative systems, including system issues, end-user support, and testing.
Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and drive operational effectiveness.
Lead process improvements and system modifications from design to testing, documentation, and compliance.
Apply business operations acumen to ensure systems and processes align with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Create comprehensive training documentation and conduct webinars to enhance user knowledge, compliance, and effective system utilization.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams on issue resolution, policy interpretation, training needs, and special projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
