As a Small Business Specialist, you will work with prospects and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, document them, and see deals through to implementation, ensuring your new business is operational on the solutions you sell. Work within a defined territory to close sales, win business, and meet sales goals using a top-down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients:
Close sales by recommending solutions that address clients' business needs and build referral business through networking. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family:
Cross-sell with other ADP teams to expand within existing accounts and build long-term relationships. Collaborate Daily:
Serve as a trusted advisor and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter:
Persistent, confident in cold calling, good time management, and clear communicator. Strategic Closer:
Experienced in outside B2B sales with a proven track record of closing deals and managing relationships. Proven Winner:
Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented, capable of exceeding quotas. College degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience includes: Three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales. Military experience with relevant skills. Preferred Qualifications
