We are seeking a Small Business Specialist to manage client relationships, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present optimal ADP solutions. You will handle multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, document progress, and see deals through from initiation to implementation. Grow our business while growing yours:

Manage a protected territory to close sales, win clients, and meet sales goals using a top-down strategy. Turn prospects into loyal clients:

Recommend solutions to meet client needs, network, and build partnerships in person and over the phone. Deepen relationships:

Cross-sell within existing accounts and build long-term relationships. Collaborate daily:

Act as a trusted advisor and uphold high ethical standards. Required qualifications

Positive self-starter:

Upbeat, persistent, comfortable with cold calling, managing time, and presenting ideas professionally. Strategic closer:

Experience with outside B2B sales, managing a territory, and closing sales. Proven winner:

Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented. College degree is preferred but not required. Alternative experience includes: Three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales. Military experience demonstrating teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building skills. Preferred qualifications
