Work within a defined territory to close sales, reach targets, and implement a top-down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients:
Recommend solutions that meet clients' business needs and build a network for referrals. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family:
Cross-sell with other ADP services to increase account value and build long-term partnerships. Collaborate Daily:
Act as a trusted advisor and represent ADP with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter:
Persistent, confident in cold calling, good time management, and clear communicator. Strategic Closer:
Proven track record in outside B2B sales with a network and quota achievement. Proven Winner:
Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented, exceeding sales targets. College degree is preferred but not required. Relevant experience includes:
Three years of B2B sales experience, or Military experience demonstrating teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills.
