Position summary
As an ADP sales representative, you will connect with business decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, document them, and see deals through from start to finish, including implementation. Successful sales will be rewarded with industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. Leadership supports career growth and ongoing sales training.

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours:
Work within a defined territory to close sales, win new business, and meet sales goals using a top-down strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients:
Recommend solutions that address clients' real business needs and build referral business through networking. Deepen Relationships:
Cross-sell with other ADP teams within existing accounts and build long-term relationships. Collaborate Daily:
Serve as a trusted advisor and demonstrate professionalism and ethical standards. Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter:
Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, managing time, and presenting ideas clearly. Strategic Closer:
Experience in outside B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing a territory. Proven Winner:
Ambitious, thrives under pressure, exceeds sales quotas. College degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience includes three years of B2B sales or military experience. Preferred Qualifications
