Job Summary:
This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
