We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Director

to lead our sales team in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep knowledge of the local real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of driving sales growth. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, develop strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team. Set clear performance goals and regularly monitor team results. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Design marketing and promotional initiatives to drive lead generation and client engagement.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction across all transactions. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities.

Operational Excellence

Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all state and federal real estate regulations. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and property management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Valid Florida Real Estate Broker’s License required. 7+ years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Strong knowledge of the Miami real estate market, including residential, commercial, and luxury segments. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools. Compensation & Benefits
