Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece! Key Responsibilities
Manage the full software implementation lifecycle for Danish-speaking clients. Assess client requirements and develop tailored strategies for successful software deployment. Facilitate training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge necessary to effectively utilize the software. Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the implementation process and incorporate client feedback for future improvements. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines. Proactively address and resolve challenges or technical issues that arise during implementation. Qualifications
Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. It is important to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in software implementation or similar technology roles is preferred. Strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required for client support and training sessions.
