Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Software Implementation Specialist! This position is based in Athens, Greece, and involves working closely with our German-speaking clients to ensure a seamless implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end software implementation for German-speaking clients in various industries. Conduct in-depth assessments of client requirements to develop customized implementation plans. Facilitate comprehensive training sessions to empower clients and enhance their software usage skills. Document the implementation process and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction. Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in software implementation or a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
