Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the software or technology sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality assistance Ability to multitask and support varying customer needs efficiently Familiarity with customer support tools and systems Benefits
