Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Educate customers about our products and services, helping them make the most out of their experience. Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain records for quality assurance. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve frequent customer challenges. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with product advancements and industry trends. Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong commitment to customer service with excellent communication abilities. Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required. Technical proficiency and a knack for solving problems efficiently. Team-oriented with a positive outlook and collaborative spirit.
