* Overseeing end-user training and readiness.* Supporting go-live stabilization and KPI tracking (e.g., Gold Stars, MyChart adoption).* Lead post-live optimization efforts.* Ensuring alignment with compliance, legal, and patient experience goals.* Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.* Performs related duties as required.* Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or in lieu of a degree, five (5) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered.* Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management and administration.* Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization required.* Must have demonstrated experience working with clinicians in a support and/or educational role. Able to exercise problem-solving skills, good judgment based on guiding principles, and organizational policies/practices.* Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.* Experience managing teams.
