You will provide expert technical assistance to our German-speaking clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding our cutting-edge products and services. Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers for our technology solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Educate clients on the features and advantages of our products and services. Document all customer interactions and solutions for seamless follow-up. Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of product updates and industry trends. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required. Please state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong technical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
