We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join a collaborative, growth-minded wealth management team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in financial advisory services with a clear path toward becoming a Wealth Manager - no sales required. You’ll be part of a high-integrity firm that values communication, education, and delivering exceptional service through teamwork.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare timely and accurate client meeting materials and financial reports
Join client meetings to provide documentation support and manage follow-up tasks
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and care
Assist in portfolio reviews and ensure alignment with long-term client goals
Collaborate across planning, investment, and tax teams to deliver integrated service
Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate the implementation of financial recommendations and track completion
Manage meeting prep, pre-call planning, and post-meeting follow-up communications
Support firm-hosted client events with attendance and follow-through
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial services or advisory support
Series 65 or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Progress toward CFP designation preferred
Strong understanding of investment and financial planning principles
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable in team-based environments with cross-functional collaboration
Proficient in CRM systems and financial software tools
