Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop support for corporate office and trading floor users.
Set up, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, device provisioning, VPN access, and permissions.
Support conference room technology and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
Perform hardware installations (monitors, cards, etc.) and troubleshoot issues.
Automate recurring support tasks and contribute to process improvements.
Evaluate new tools and technologies for internal use.
Requirements
Strong experience supporting Windows 11
Familiar with workstation builds, encryption tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and Exchange.
Knowledge of SCCM/MEMCM or similar systems (2+ years preferred).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
PowerShell Scripting (Python Preferred)
Desired skills
Experience with Intune, macOS or Linux support.
Salary
Up to $160,000 per annum
