Providing hands-on end-user support for employees in a corporate office and trading floor environment Building, configuring, and upgrading workstations, laptops, and mobile devices Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading desktop-managed servers Managing user provisioning (accounts, VPN, directory permissions, mobile devices) Supporting conference room technology and meeting setups Automating repetitive system administration tasks Requirements

Strong hardware support experience Skilled in imaging, configuring, and supporting Windows 11 for optimal performance Knowledge of mobile device management Experience in MEMCM/SCCM administration (or similar) Familiarity with virtualization and desktop services Proficiency in AV A proactive, enthusiastic problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with Intune Exposure to macOS or Linux environments Salary

Up to 110,000 USD + bonus
