Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Support Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the aviation aftermarket industry and grow into a career in sales or supply chain. No prior aviation experience is required — we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Learn how to research and understand market pricing and demand for aviation parts.
Help identify and qualify sources of USM (Used Serviceable Material) to meet customer needs.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes and learning how to follow up with customers and vendors.
Assist with placing purchase orders to vendors and tracking deliveries for customer orders.
Keep records of quotes, orders, and communications organized and up to date.
Work closely with experienced team members to gain knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Prior experience in sales support, purchasing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
