Join Mercier Consultancy as an Italian Speaking Consultant in our Banking Department, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support and advisory services to our Italian-speaking clients. In this position, you will assist clients in navigating the complexities of banking products and services, ensuring they receive the tailored guidance and solutions they need to achieve their financial objectives.
As part of a dynamic team, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, providing expert advice, troubleshooting issues, and fostering long-lasting client relationships. Your proficiency in Italian will be critical as you help bridge communication and understanding between our clients and our banking services.
Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking clients with inquiries related to banking products and services Provide guidance on account management, transaction processing, and financial solutions Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and ensure follow-ups on outstanding queries Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues efficiently Conduct client needs assessments to identify opportunities for additional banking services Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends to provide informed consulting Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve client service skills Qualifications
