OxEon Energy is hiring a

HR Generalist

to support the day-to-day operations of the human resources department as the organization transitions from R&D to full-scale manufacturing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can mitigate risks while supporting employees to work their best. The position includes developing HR processes, job descriptions, and hiring practices, and input on department formation, company organization, and roles and responsibilities in the near term. Administer day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume review, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring completion of all new hire and termination documentation. Maintain employee records in OrangeHRM and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping data and ensuring accurate employee information. Help facilitate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs. Support performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and corrective actions. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices to maintain compliance. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data analysis as needed. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and contribute to HR projects and process improvements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role. Working knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, benefits, and compliance. Familiarity with HRIS systems (experience with OrangeHRM is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred and Educational Qualifications

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and SPHR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field. Working Conditions

Work in office, R&D laboratories, and manufacturing environments. Physical and Other Requirements

The ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per day, with occasional standing and walking. The role involves regular use of a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment, requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity. The role may require lifting up to 20 pounds and may involve walking through production or lab areas where PPE is required. Employment Type
