Overview Position responsible for full life cycle recruiting for engineering and IT roles, managing multiple requisitions, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Engineering recruiting and sourcing background strongly preferred
Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed, etc.
Experience sourcing for cleared and non-cleared engineering and technical skills
Full life cycle recruiting; manage candidates through the pipelines
Manage relationships with managers and HRBPs
Technical/IT and Engineering recruiting and sourcing
Able to manage multiple requisitions at a time (20-25+, at most 30-35)
Experience with Excel and Outlook
Strong negotiation skills to align with offers for both managers and candidates
Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting: sourcing a strong pipeline, screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating job offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time openings; assess qualifications and culture fit using behavioral and competency evaluations; interview candidates on a consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on the company; submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner
Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies; coach and guide managers accordingly
Proactive tracking of progress and all work in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting
Exercised effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
