Pay Range: $38hr - $45hr Responsibilities

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing qualified candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting offers, and negotiating with candidates. Collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing needs while ensuring quality of selection and timeliness of hire. Tracks all recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and ensures compliance with legal and company hiring policies. Requirement / Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent with minimum 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of relevant prior experience. Engineering or IT recruiting experience strongly preferred. Full life cycle recruiting experience managing candidates through the pipeline. Experience sourcing for cleared and non-cleared engineering and technical roles. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (20–35). Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Excel, and Outlook. Strong negotiation skills for aligning offers with managers and candidates. Multi-site recruiting experience. Experience managing relationships with managers and HRBPs. Experience

Sourcing and recruiting technical and engineering candidates. Screening candidates for qualifications and culture fit using behavioral and competency-based interviews. Preparing salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners. Ensuring compliance with legal and company hiring policies. Maintaining metrics and tracking progress in the applicant tracking system. Responsibilities (Additional)

Source a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screen candidates for full-time openings and assess fit. Interview candidates and educate them on company culture and opportunities. Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers, compensation specialists, and HRBPs to prepare offers. Track recruiting metrics and progress in the applicant tracking system. Coach and guide managers on legal and company hiring policies. Should Have

Engineering and technical recruiting. Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools. Full life cycle recruiting and pipeline management. Excel and Outlook proficiency. Multi-requisition management. Negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Qualification or Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent, or in lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience. 2-year or 4-year degree preferred but not required. Nice to Have

Agency recruiting experience with strong sourcing background.
