AGS was formed through strategic acquisitions, including East Moline Glass, and is focused on serving diverse markets such as education, government, healthcare, office, and retail. Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to management, acting as both an employee champion and a change agent. The HRBP aligns HR strategy with business objectives, delivers value-added services to leadership and employees, and helps drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with company goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions. Facilitate change management initiatives. Work continuously in a manner that is safe for self and others. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of progressive HR experience. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Business acumen with strong analytical thinking. High degree of confidentiality and ethical practice. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
