Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions for large-scale CRM implementations. Collaborate with technical client counterparts to facilitate and drive design discussions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Provide hands-on expertise and guidance on Salesforce concepts including APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), configuration, and customization. Oversee and participate in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Develop and optimize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support business intelligence needs. Demonstrate knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud, leveraging these capabilities to enhance CRM solutions. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical direction and support throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate fluently and effectively with clients and project leadership, translating technical concepts into business language and vice versa. Required: Bachelor’s degree Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including APEX, LWCs, configuration, and customization. Proven track record of driving large-scale CRM implementations from design through delivery. Strong experience with REST APIs and integrating Salesforce with other systems. Proficiency in building and managing Reports and Dashboards within Salesforce. Working knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently with clients and project leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
