Assist employers and members during events to ensure successful engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Minimum (2) two years of administrative experience in a job-related environment. Experience in a workforce development or career services setting. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply; proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or other languages is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with Learning Management platforms and software (e.g. Docebo) Familiarity with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Willingness to travel throughout the five boroughs, Hudson Valley and Long Island as needed to support recruitment and placement activities. This position requires schedule flexibility, including participation in a rotating shift that alternates between a standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (in office) and a 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (remote) hybrid schedule to support job seekers during extended hours based on operational needs.
