Human Resources & Operations Specialist in
West Point, GA

This hybrid role blends HR support with operational oversight, requiring a professional who can effectively manage employee relations while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and capable of balancing administrative precision with hands-on leadership in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership to foster a positive, collaborative work culture. Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into both HR and operational processes. Validate and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accurate submission of hours for payroll processing. Assist with employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and documentation. Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring workflow efficiency, resource allocation, and adherence to production timelines. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including safety, compliance, and skills development programs. Monitor operational metrics and workforce performance, recommending improvements for efficiency and employee engagement. Qualifications:
Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leaders. Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
