This role requires 75% travel

The role you will contribute The Talent Sourcer is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent in support of efficient fulfillment of AdventHealth's hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer is part of the HR Shared Services Team providing top talent to business stakeholders. Senior Talent Sourcers are committed to developing strong external candidate relationships with a diverse slate to ensure that business leaders have visibility to a well-rounded candidate pool.

The value you will bring to the team

Utilizes advanced research techniques to identify top healthcare talent through various mediums including databases, networking, associations, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, and other innovative sourcing methods.

Develops and executes recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads and names into assigned key pipelines and requisitions.

Screens candidates to determine suitability for positions and influences potential candidates on the benefits of working at the organization.

Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Gathers, analyzes, and reports the effectiveness of sourcing strategies to leadership.

Maintains a broad knowledge of company policies and benefit plans to effectively communicate with candidates.

Participates in local campus hiring events, national conferences, and school conferences/job events to identify potential candidates.

Identifies local community education and workforce partnerships to develop future pipelines of non-traditional candidates to increase the pipeline of healthcare workers.

Builds and maintains strong external candidate relationships with a diverse slate to ensure business leaders have visibility to a well-rounded candidate pool.

Contributes to the overall improvement of talent acquisition practices and organizational impact.

Utilizes analytics and customer feedback to identify knowledge gaps and collaborates with HR Functional Leads to address them.

Partners with HR Leaders to foster open communication and promote transparency in the recruitment process.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years of work experience

Ability to use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean, and data mining

Experience and knowledge with advanced intake sessions with both hiring managers and recruiters

Experience sourcing in resume databases and job boards

Experience following up with candidates through the full sourcing life cycle

Knowledge of Taleo or similar ATS, SMASHFLY or similar CRMs, and other related technology

Preferred Qualifications

AIRS®, LinkedIn

RACR certifications
