We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a positive experience for new hires. Maintain HR records, including personnel files, benefits information, and compliance documents. Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training activities. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements:
Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. What We Offer:
