Responsibilities
Process monthly compensation entries including payroll, deferred compensation, and other compensation-based accruals
Process monthly and quarterly balance sheet and expense account reconciliations
Serve as point of contact for internal and external audit requests and variance analysis
Generate management reports and compensation projections for multiple businesses
Monitor and process deferred compensation vesting events, including calculating tax obligations, interest accruals, dividend equivalent payouts, and submitting approved payment requests to payroll
Process monthly deferred compensation award reconciliation and expense review
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of related experience at a financial services firm
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and Macros
Strong understanding of the month-end close process and balance sheet reconciliations
Experience using Workday is a plus
Salary Range
$120,000 - $160,000
