What you get to do

This role provides service to employees and business stakeholders. The HRG partners with the HRM, HR team members and business leaders to execute Amcor\'s strategic business initiatives and the Human Capital Strategy. At this level, the HRG provides a basic level of business data and analytics. This individual is responsible for the tactical management of daily HR operations, including the administration of policies, procedures and programs. This is an individual contributor role that typically reports to the HRM.

Demonstrates & promotes Amcor Safety Culture

Partners with HR Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR Service Model, including resolution of employee inquiries and issues

Supports business process improvement and participates in related teams and initiatives

Promotes and supports Amcor health and wellness initiatives

Provides administrative support and coaching for Performance Management processes

Provides HRIS/payroll transactional support to business leaders, processes HR transactions, provides standard HRIS reports and adhoc reports to business leaders along with required data analytics to support decision making

Drives employee engagement by providing administration support for engagement surveys, focus groups and action planning

Performs assigned talent acquisition & onboarding duties including sourcing, recruitment & selection and new hire orientation

Supports and coordinates employee development programs and activities

Executes against assigned items on HR Roadmap including items related to: Employee Relations, Engagement, Core Values, & Talent Management

Development and execution of simple, repeatable processes for completion of HR work streams related to employee transactions and HR processes

What we want from you

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or other related field required

New graduate or internship preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday and/or Kronos

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Demonstrated strong communication skills - written and verbal

Other We verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. Compensation information: The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $55,600 to $69,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $55,600 to $83,400 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Position may also be eligible for Amcor\'s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, and other health and welfare benefits.
