What You’ll Do Source & Recruit: Identify and engage candidates for warehouse and industrial roles, ensuring a great match for both client and candidate. Screen & Interview: Evaluate applicants based on skills, experience, and culture fit. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering the right talent. On-Site Support: Assist with check-ins at client sites to ensure smooth onboarding and employee engagement. Industry Research: Learn about different industries, businesses, and positions to improve candidate placements. CRM & Data Management: Use Microsoft Office and our CRM to track candidates, applications, and placements. Collaboration: Work alongside other recruiters and account managers to ensure client success. Candidate Experience: Greet candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and provide a positive recruiting experience. Client Site Visits: Visit client locations to better understand their operations and workforce needs. What We’re Looking For: Experience in recruiting, particularly for hourly and industrial roles (staffing agency experience is a plus!). Strong communication skills – you’ll be talking to candidates and clients all day! Ability to multitask and work under pressure – recruiting moves fast, and no two days are the same. Problem-solving mindset – recruiting isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about finding the right solutions.
