Job Summary

Covers a multitude of duties including managing test reports from vendors, receiving material into the computer system once received in, generate inventory tags, determine material tags for warehouse pullers to pull from, generate the finished tags, create Bill of Ladings for finished material to be shipped, assist in material being shipped out that is not on our truck, and assist Will Call customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include the following, other duties may be assigned): Scan test reports into test report program. Print test reports for customers. File test reports. Receive material into the computer system once received in and generate inventory tags to give to the warehouse. Determine material tags for warehouse pullers to pull from and generate the finished tags. Create Bill of Ladings for finished material to be shipped. Assist Will Call customers by pulling their orders to give to the warehouse to pull. Also generates the tags for the warehouse to pull from. Process payments for Will Call customers. Assist the warehouse if they determine they need to pull from a different tag. Assists sales with any changes to orders that haven't been delivered yet or out for delivery. Report any inventory issues to management or warehouse supervisor. Assist in material being shipped out that is not on our truck. Required Skills

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
