Will consider candidates living within 50 miles of OneMain corporate offices in Evansville IN and Baltimore MD
Duration:
6 months with possible conversion to FTE

Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)

Hybrid - 3 days on-site
Payrate:
$75.00 - $80.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements Our client is looking for a strategic Technical Analyst/Writer to drive developer enablement across their technology organization.
Key components we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience with platform engineering concepts
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Drive developer productivity by optimizing workflows, enabling self-service solutions, and implementing innovative tools.
Maintain expertise in software development, agile frameworks, DevOps, and emerging industry trends to inspire continuous improvement.
Analyze technical data and metrics to deliver actionable insights supporting team performance.
Organize and share technical knowledge through collaborative tools to enhance accessibility and impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, shared ownership, and smooth delivery of user stories.
