Royal Caribbean Group – Architecture and Design Team invites a full-time Manager, Landscape Architecture reporting to the Principal, Private Destinations. This position will be working onsite from Miami. Overview

As part of the Product Development team in Private Destinations, the Project Architect in Landscape Architecture oversees the landscape architectural aspects of the design, production of the construction documents, and specifications. The role manages projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards. The candidate collaborates with project teams and consultants, providing strategic direction to achieve project goals. Responsibilities

Coordinate siteworks efforts to ensure effective execution and serve as the primary liaison in landscape architecture between third-party consultants and ownership. Estimate fees, advise on the scope of work, and review proposals and contracts for complex projects. Oversee design of large developments in hospitality and commercial applications. Own design management for Private Destinations assets and participate in or lead management of deliverables at all project phases. Support policies on project delivery, quality control, and safety; provide quick design mark-ups and alternative solutions as needed. Ensure alignment with brand standards and design compliance across all design phases (planning, concept, schematic, DD, CDs, CA). Review progress drawings with the project team to confirm conformance with design intent and material choices. Provide design-related information to consultants for jurisdictional submissions including planning, environmental impact, permitting, and bidding. Report to the Principal of Planning / Director of Area Development and collaborate with the Director of Design for guidance on brand standards. Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills

Education and Experience Professional graduate degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program. 5-8 years of experience in the development of large commercial and hospitality projects. Capabilities and Credentials Support all aspects of the project development cycle from inception through completion, including client relations, proposal development, and project delivery. Demonstrate ability to lead and coordinate building systems with multi-disciplined teams. Ability to develop and present design concepts, as well as construction details. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, and Autodesk CAD / Revit BIM platforms; strong Microsoft Office skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and adapt to change; thorough understanding of codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
