We are seeking a

Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager

who is

design-oriented

with a proven record of delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Ideal candidates will have experience working with discerning clients and exposure to complex developments, including

tower projects . It is essential that candidates meet the stated requirements, as we want to ensure clarity and alignment on both sides before advancing to the interview stage. Role Overview

As a Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager, you will lead high-profile projects in Florida, the Caribbean, and internationally. This role combines

design leadership and project management —from concept through construction, working closely with principals, clients, and consultants. You will oversee junior designers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all project deliverables are executed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and management of projects from concept through construction administration. Collaborate with principals, studio leads, and design staff on creative direction. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors across all project phases. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet deadlines. Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Ensure projects align with COMPANY’s philosophy of timelessness, ecological sensitivity, and contextual integration. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field). Minimum of

6+ years of professional experience

in landscape architecture, with project management responsibilities. A strong design portfolio showcasing high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Lumion, and related design software . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to balance

creative vision

with

technical precision

and client needs. Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$92,000 – $110,000 , based on experience and portfolio 14 PTO days

annually (plus additional PTO awarded every 3 years in-house) Paid holiday break

(Dec 25 – Jan 1) 8 paid holidays
