Overview
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including forecasting retail sales by vehicle line, ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand, and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability within the area. Additional responsibilities include reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and providing consultation on improvement opportunities, reviewing and analyzing dealer financial statements, and consulting with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations. This role will ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships. The Area Sales Manager will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals.
Responsibilities

Ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of sales or marketing experience
Lives in or near Mid Missouri or willing to relocate for position
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Excel in building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
