Employment Law Senior Associate Attorney JN -102025-166289 Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking a skilled Employment Law Senior Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact class action cases in both state and federal courts while advocating for employees and consumers. Benefits And Compensation

Work on complex, high-impact class action cases in state and federal courts. Advocate for employees and consumers in employment law matters. Requirements & Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in California or New York 5–10 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day one Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client matters Preferred Background & Skills
Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
