Responsibilities
Handle inbound telesales of the employer's services to small-to-medium business customers
Meet and exceed sales targets by generating sales from inbound calls and following up with potential customers
Utilize knowledge of products and services to provide optimal solutions and promote bundled offerings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent the employer professionally
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to change
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Basic understanding of Excel and strong product knowledge/technical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fiber and advanced voice services
Familiarity with CRM pipeline management
Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles
Experience in business sales and team coaching
