Conduct inbound telesales of services to small and medium business customers Meet and exceed sales targets by generating sales from inbound calls and following up with potential customers Promote bundled products and articulate their benefits over competitors Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Provide exceptional customer experience and representation of Business Services What is Required
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience High School Diploma or GED Must be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to change Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Basic understanding of Excel and strong product knowledge/technical skills How to Stand Out
