Responsibilities include data entry, reconciling bank and credit card statements, tracking project and home-specific costs, coding invoices and purchase orders, preparing loan draw packages, maintaining job cost reports, handling permit and inspection tracking, and supporting month-end close. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience (construction ), proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong organizational and teamwork skills.
