Sr Staff Business Systems Analyst (Billing) – Sayva Solutions Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives within its corporate finance function. This strategic, finance-facing role acts as a bridge between financial teams and technology partners, driving optimization across key monetization processes such as billing, revenue recognition, and financial integrations. The position supports business scalability, ensures compliance, and advances automation across core financial systems. Salary
$160,000.00 to $218,500.00 Please note this range is an estimate and actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into scalable business processes and system solutions Document and validate finance requirements with attention to accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation Ensure end-to-end visibility across Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Accounting processes Lead the design and execution of testing strategies to validate financial outcomes Drive change management, communication, and training efforts for finance stakeholders Oversee release readiness and coordinate issue resolution based on financial impact Partner with cross-functional teams to design solutions balancing automation, control, and scalability Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Provide leadership in process design, documentation, and functional testing of finance solutions Evaluate business initiatives and translate their impact into system and process enhancements Qualifications
5–7+ years of experience in billing, revenue, accounting, or financial systems implementation roles Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and manage validation processes Strong understanding of accounting principles and operational finance workflows Proven experience leading finance transformation projects and collaborating across departments Skilled in assessing financial risks and ensuring compliance through effective system design Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Ability to balance technical and finance perspectives and advocate for optimal solutions About Sayva
