Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst – Billing and Revenue Overview Intuit’s Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational transformation. This finance functional role in the Finance Digital Transformation and Governance team within the Controllership, Assurance & Operations organization involves interfacing between technology teams and finance process owners and delivering expert support for monetization systems such as Billing, Revenue, Partnerships (SPM), Oracle eBusiness Suite, and item design systems.

Responsibilities

Translate complex accounting guidance and processes into system requirements, drafting Finance Requirements Documents and ensuring endorsement by process owners.

Provide solution review and sign‑off, offering risk, resource and financial impact perspectives and identifying gaps or deferments.

Lead User Acceptance Testing coordination, validating financial accuracy of accounting results and documenting testing evidence.

Drive overall change management, communication and training to accounting process owners, ensuring smooth hand‑off of process knowledge.

Manage release and issue oversight, reviewing monthly system releases, identifying financial‑risk issues, prioritizing backlog items and defect resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent) with 7–10 years of functional finance/business systems experience.

5–7 years of experience in Billing, Quote‑to‑Cash, Revenue, Accounting, and financial system implementation, including requirements documentation, solution review and testing validation.

Experience with Oracle BRM, RevStream, Partner RevShare systems, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Zuora, Billing Platform or Oracle Revenue Cloud preferred.

Deep knowledge of AR, Revenue, Deferred revenue accounting, indirect tax and related transactional flows.

Strong systems and process orientation, analytical thinking, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Proven project management track record and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and willing to speak both accounting and technical languages.

Experience identifying systemic and process risks and mitigating discoveries.

Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive fair pay.
