Overview
The Children’s SPOT, Inc. offers Speech, Occupational and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programming for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of cognitive disorders and developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Role
BCBA position to work in a clinic setting with children ages from preschool to high school. The BCBA would be providing direct services and supervising RBTs. This is a full-time hourly position. Our BCBAs have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide the best services and optimal outcomes for their clients. Responsibilities
Assessment Developing interventions Training (Parent and RBT) Updating treatment plans and submitting to insurances Completing session notes Qualifications
BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Experience with VB-MAPP Experience working with children 2 to 15 years of age Compensation and Benefits
Hourly or salary positions available with potential for up to $90,000 annually, given a minimum of 30 billable hours per week Sign-on bonus and retention bonuses totaling $5,000 Medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO 401(k) plan CEU Paid training Referral program Employment Type
