About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of breaking new business who is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual should possess strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to uncover emerging segments and expand existing ones. If you have 5+ years of sales experience and are excited to contribute to in-person events shaping the future of Fintech, we’d like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Manage and build pipeline of new business within assigned categories/segments Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities Respond to customer inquiries quickly and prioritize activities with customers at different stages in the sales process Utilize CRM to track and report account activity accurately and in a timely manner Oversee customer experience from prospect through event execution Work collaboratively with other sales team members and other departments Stay informed on industry trends and engage with the larger retail tech industry Study the market and identify new trends and key players Skills & Experiences

Motivated, self-driven, confident, and professional with a positive mindset Experience in a KPI/target-driven environment Passionate about delivering creative event solutions to new clients Demonstrated experience developing relationships with executives within Fortune 500 organizations in an Outside Sales B2B capacity Track record of sales success Strong relationship-building skills on the telephone at all levels Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Previous B2B sales experience (preferably telephone sales) is desirable Previous event experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage CRM database, opportunity pipeline and lead cultivation Compensation & Benefits

Salary band for this position ranges from 100,000 – 120,000 based on experience Competitive commission structure Full medical, dental, vision package Retirement plan with company match (401K) Competitive vacation policy Hybrid Work Seniority level
