At Seed to Table, we’re more than a market we’re a vibrant destination where freshness, quality, and exceptional service come together. As Produce Manager, you’ll lead our produce department with care and precision, ensuring top-quality fruits and vegetables are beautifully displayed, fully stocked, and always fresh for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
Manage all aspects of the produce department: ordering, receiving, stocking, rotation, and merchandising.
Maintain high standards for freshness, quality, and food safety.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, shrink, and spoilage.
Lead and train team members; build schedules and delegate daily tasks effectively.
Execute attractive, seasonal merchandising displays to drive sales.
Analyze sales trends and adjust product mix to meet customer demand.
Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product labeling.
Foster a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with leadership to meet department goal
Minimum 2–3 years in produce management or supervisory grocery role
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation is a must
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and lifting
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and around fresh produce
Manual dexterity for handling and arranging delicate items
Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other stock equipment
Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting
Must be able to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
