Sales Specialist (Lead Generation)

who possesses a blend of technical acumen and a keen interest in sales. The candidate must sit within a commutable distance to Alpharetta, GA as this role will be fully onsite for the first 3-6 months with the potential for hybrid. This is a great opportunity for a

recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied sciences, computing, and information technology (or similar)

with an interest in sales. Responsibilities

Developing and executing lead generation strategies to target potential customers in key market segments. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and leads, using data-driven insights to enhance tactics. Planning and implementing outreach campaigns across various channels to drive interest and engagement. Collaborating with marketing teams to create tailored content for different audience segments. Qualifying inbound leads through proactive engagement and follow-up. Managing CRM to maintain accurate records and optimize lead pipeline. Tracking performance metrics to assess effectiveness and refine strategies. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and hand off qualified leads for further conversion. What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in technology, applied science, computing, engineering or related fields Must sit within commutable distance to Alpharetta, GA as this role is full onsite 3-6 months, then hybrid. Experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in B2B (1-2 years preferred) High level of professionalism and polish Strong technical acumen Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Solid product understanding and ability to communicate its benefits Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset Perks & Benefits
